These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of FXRate ("the App"), developed by Cuprbot Labs Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

FXRate is a currency conversion utility that displays exchange rates sourced from the European Central Bank via the Frankfurter API. Exchange rates are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, rates may be delayed, cached, or differ from live market rates. Do not rely solely on this App for financial transactions, trading, or any activity where precise real-time exchange rates are critical. Always verify rates with your financial institution before making significant transactions.

In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time premium purchase that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Cuprbot Labs Inc. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Exchange rate data is provided by third-party sources and we make no guarantees regarding its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuprbot Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on exchange rate data.

Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Your right to use the App terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cuprbot Labs Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
