Privacy Policy: RollDice

Cuprbot Labs Inc. ("we", "us", "our") makes RollDice ("the App"), a dice rolling app for tabletop gaming. This page explains what information the App handles, who receives it, and the choices you have.

Information Stored on Your Device
The App has no account and no sign-in. Everything you create in the App stays on your device. We do not receive it and cannot see it.
Usage Analytics
We use PostHog, a third-party analytics service, to understand how the App is used and to fix problems. PostHog receives anonymous usage events, such as screens viewed and features used, together with the App version, device model, and operating system version.
Events are tied to a randomly generated identifier that is not linked to your name, email address, Apple ID, or any account.
The App also records session replays: a recording of how the App looked and responded while you used it, including taps and screen transitions. Text you type into the App is masked, so it does not appear in replays.
PostHog derives an approximate location (country and city) from your IP address when it receives events.

Purchases
Purchases are made through Apple. Apple handles payment, and we never see your card number, billing details, or Apple ID. We use RevenueCat to manage purchases in the App. RevenueCat identifies you only by an anonymous app user ID, and uses your purchase history to unlock Pro and to restore it when you reinstall the App or move to a new device.
The free 14-day trial is a $0 purchase that you start yourself. After the trial, Pro is a one-time unlock. There is no subscription. For how RevenueCat handles data, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Feedback
The App has a feedback form for reporting a bug or suggesting an idea. When you send it, the App sends what you wrote, your choices in the form (such as a star rating or how serious a bug is), the App version, and your device model and iOS version. Sending feedback is optional, and nothing is sent until you tap Send.
The form has an optional email field. If you fill it in, we use your email only to reply to that feedback. Leave it empty and your feedback is anonymous.
Feedback is stored in the App's database in Apple iCloud (CloudKit), which only we can read. Apple requires you to be signed in to iCloud to send it. Apple attaches an identifier that is specific to this App, and we cannot see your Apple ID, name, or iCloud email.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not require an account or collect your name or Apple ID.
- We do not show ads.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Retention and Your Choices
Data held by our service providers is kept under their retention policies. Deleting the App removes everything stored on your device and stops further collection. To ask us about data connected to your device, or to request deletion, email privacy@cuprbotlabs.com.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed, and the current version is always on this page.
