Terms of Use — Pixvert

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Pixvert ("the App"), developed by Cuprbot Labs Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Pixvert is an image format converter that processes photos entirely on your device. The App converts between HEIC, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, and PDF formats using Apple's native ImageIO and CoreGraphics frameworks. All processing occurs locally — no images are uploaded to external servers.

In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time premium purchase that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your photos and converted images. Pixvert does not claim ownership of any content you process through the App. Converted files are saved to your device and are entirely under your control.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Cuprbot Labs Inc. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that converted images will be identical in quality to the originals, as format conversion inherently involves encoding differences.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuprbot Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or image quality degradation during conversion.

Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Your right to use the App terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cuprbot Labs Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
