These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SplitCalc Pro ("the App"), developed by Cuprbot Labs Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

SplitCalc Pro is a tip calculator and bill-splitting utility. The App performs calculations for informational purposes only. It does not process payments, access financial accounts, or guarantee the accuracy of tip customs or tax rates. You are responsible for verifying all calculations before use.

In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time premium purchase that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Cuprbot Labs Inc. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Tip calculations, tax rates, and tipping customs provided by the App are for reference only and may not reflect current local practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuprbot Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to incorrect tip amounts or bill calculations.

Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Your right to use the App terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cuprbot Labs Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
